Character
Ruskin is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. This part of the city is quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic - however noise can be an issue around the railway line. Finally, access to public green spaces is easy from most locations within the neighbourhood, since there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in and getting to a park from the majority of homes for sale is sometimes challenging.
