Nonetheless, the city is linked by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. It is difficult for pedestrians to move around in St. John's since very few daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car.
Services
Families may find it difficult to reach high schools and primary schools as pedestrians. Furthermore, there are only a limited number of daycares and accordingly they can be an extended walk away. When it comes to food, a fraction of home buyers in this city may have the option to purchase groceries by walking in one of over 50 stores, while others will have to turn to another means of transportation. Residents can enjoy over 300 restaurants and coffee shops as well.
Character
Most areas in St. John's are quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although that is not the case close to the airport (YYT).
