This area is very car friendly. Parking is generally easy. In contrast, the public transit service in Bronte is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the town are located in areas that are not particularly convenient for those who travel by foot as meeting day-to-day needs is occasionally difficult. This neighbourhood is also not especially suited for cycling because there are few bike lanes, and there are a good number of hills.

A portion of residents in Bronte may have the option to purchase groceries on foot, while others will need another means of transportation. There are also approximately 20 restaurants and coffee shops in this part of the town. In terms of education, daycares and primary schools are convenient to walk to from anywhere in Bronte. In contrast, this area does not have any high schools.

The character of Bronte is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. This area is quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, there are approximately 30 parks nearby for residents to explore, such as Shell Park and Nautical Woods, making it very easy to access them from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood.
