Most properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 406, and it is especially convenient to find a parking spot. There are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. Walking in this part of St. Catharines is not very popular, despite the fact that running common errands is convenient.

On the other hand, this area does not have any high schools.
