Glen Park West is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. This part of the city features a good amount of greenery as numerous tree-lined streets are prominent. There are around 10 public green spaces close by for residents to unwind in, including Kay Gardner Beltline Park, and they are especially well-situated, which makes it very easy to access them. This area is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although there are still several noisier sections, especially near Allen Expressway or the railway line.
