There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Conestoga, despite the fact that many common errands can be run on foot. Conestoga is also not very bike-friendly because bicycling is made difficult by the often hilly topography, and there are very few bike lanes.

Finally, this part of the city remains relatively quiet, as there are very few pedestrians, although noise levels are higher closer to Highway 85 or the railway line.
