Sector C is an extremely convenient part of Brossard for getting around by car. The majority of houses for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and it is very easy to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in this neighbourhood is fairly poor. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and it is straightforward to get to a nearby bus stop from most residences. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of sector C, even though running common errands is easy.

House buyers in sector C will appreciate that a grocery store is always only a rather short walk away. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who care about restaurants and cafes within walking distance. With respect to education, in sector C, families will typically be able to access daycares on foot. However, there are only a few primary schools in this part of the city and consequently they can be an extended walk away. Likewise, sector C does not contain any high schools.

This area is quiet overall, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic - however noise can be problematic closer to Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or Autoroute de l'Acier. Finally, greenery is not very present in this area; although, it is easy to get to green spaces in the neighbourhood, since there are a few of them close by for residents to enjoy and numerous homes have a park around the corner.
