Mark has assisted companies with a range of services from business acquisition and sale, to improvement of market value, organic growth and turnaround. He has worked with companies of various sizes including start-ups and well-established businesses. His professional portfolio includes extensive executive and hands-on management experience, ownership and advising family-owned and operated businesses, and experience with commercial real estate and business valuation. These businesses ranged from approximately $1.0 million to $450 million in revenue. Mark previously owned a wine import and distribution company, and has comprehensive food and wine expertise.
