Braemar is an extremely good part of District of North Vancouver for travelling by car. The majority of properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is very easy to park. However, getting around by public transit is difficult in Braemar. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. Commuting by bicycle is very difficult in this part of District of North Vancouver because the bicycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are quite a few hills. It is also inconvenient for pedestrians to move around in Braemar since meeting daily needs is at times challenging.
Services
In the majority of cases, a vehicle is needed to purchase groceries. In terms of education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of the municipality. Additionally, families may find it difficult to access daycares on foot.
Character
Home buyers who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere will enjoy Braemar. It is very easy to get to green spaces since there are a few of them close by for residents to visit. This neighbourhood is also excellent for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
