Vineland - Jordan is very car friendly. The majority of houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, and it is very convenient to find a parking spot. It is very impractical for pedestrians to move around in this area since running common errands is inconvenient.

Accessing the nearest supermarket by walking is an option for some, but not all, home buyers in this part of the town. There are also a few choices for those who value restaurants in close proximity. Concerning education, parents may find it challenging for their children to access high schools and primary schools on foot. In addition, it can be very difficult to access daycares as a pedestrian.
Character
Vineland - Jordan is quiet overall, as the streets tend to be tranquil - although that is not the case close to Queen Elizabeth Way or the railway line.
