A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very convenient for those who travel by foot since almost no daily needs can be carried out without having to resort to a vehicle.
Services
Parents and their children may consider it very hard to get to high schools and primary schools as pedestrians. Moreover, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long walk away. With respect to eating, it is very rarely practical for property owners in this part of the city to travel to the nearest supermarket on foot.
