Thanks to plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the orange | VIVA ORANGE and Yonge - University Line, and a few nearby bus lines, this neighbourhood is a fairly pleasant part of Vaughan for moving around by public transit. In contrast, this neighbourhood is not very appropriate for bicycling as the terrain is not particularly flat, and the cycling network is not very extensive. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of Vaughan Corporate Business Centre, despite the fact that most day-to-day needs are easy to carry out by walking. In contrast, driving is very often the favoured approach to navigate this neighbourhood. Parking is easy, and most of the street infrastructure is appropriate for driving.
Services
It is easy to get to both a general and a specialty grocery store by walking from any home in this area. Additionally, this part of Vaughan is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and there are also a few coffee shops in this neighbourhood. A reasonable variety of clothing stores is also located within a rather short walking distance. With regards to education, this area does not contain any high schools or primary schools. In addition, daycares are not particularly numerous and accordingly not always within walking distance.
Character
There is a wide selection of green spaces in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre. Although the neighbourhood is not home to any parks, green spaces are very well-distributed in nearby neighbourhoods, which makes them easy to get to from the majority of locations within this part of the city. Finally, it is relatively serene in this part of the city, since there are very few pedestrians.
